I’ve read dr. Van der kolk’s book, the body keeps the score and it changed my life. I suffer with anxiety from childhood trauma and learning that I can heal myself by turning back to my body was revolutionary for me. It’s changed everything, the way I parent, the way I’ve tried to reach out instead of hide when I’m suffering. I think his work has changed the trajectory of my family. I have so much gratitude for the work he does. I’ve also been listening to this podcast for a while and have often thought that you should have him on your show. So happy to see that he is! So excited to listen to this! Thank you!
